Welcome

This flat, despite being built in the 70’s, has been totally renewed in 2000. This allowed a trasition from standard to luxury apartment (even the Estate Registry reports Class A/2 rather than a standard A/3). The ceiling is 3 metres high, and a long and wide hallway splits the flat sideways, connecting the whole apartment and granting the eye a sense of “spacey”

Flat is located at the 3rd floor, and the building features both stairs and elevator.
A quick tour from the front door leads you into the entrance hallway, fitted with a coat hanger and enough room to leave a luggage or two, or a couple of racks. a wood-and-glass door on the right leads into the main hallway, moving all the way down to the main bathroom, connecting all the five rooms: four of them are bigger, and one is a bit smaller (even though small here is relative).
turning right at the end of the main hallway we can take few more steps, meeting the secondary restroom and the storage closet, ending up in the Kitchen

Two Rooms feature a French Door leading on a shared balcony, and all rooms have at least one window, while kitchen and corner rooms have two. All of them are equipped with insulating glass and bug shield. Water system has lever faucets and Electric system is in line with law requirements of year 2000, featuring both emergency breaker and magnetic switch.

For monthly fee take a look at availability page where you can find the price for rent fee plus utility expenses EXCLUDING electric power supply and gas supply (for cooking and heat). In this way you can have a better view of real monthly expense.

A glimpse at the map and you already know that “space” is keyword here! The ceiling stands up to 3metres high rather than the standard 2.7, and the hallway has more than enough room even right at the entrance to leave the luggage or put a drying rack or two during cold and rainy winter days, leaving all the room in the rooms (pun intended) for yourself!
Pictures about to be uploadedwonder how to hide brooms, ladders, cleaning products and all the mess to clean up the mess? well just shove it in the storage closet!
this Kitchen is not your usual kitchen! The Kitchen is a full equipped kitchen, with high grade appliances: stove, oven, fridge with refrigerator are just the icing on the cake, for the room also features a dishwasher, a decalcifier that lowers the calcium percentage in the water of the whole flat, and also a second faucet on the sink that provides a purer water than the water main. But that’s not all, because luxury needs to be true luxury! and so the kitchen sports a circular table for 5 that can be extended up to a 8 people dining table…guess it’s not much effort to fetch a couple more chairs from the rooms to pump up the party, is it?
Main BathroomIt features a bathtub, a shower box and sink, and still there is a wide passageway!

The Rooms
Balcony Room  is the largest and most lit room of all the flat: Originally set up for two girls, it used to feature two beds, wardrobes and desks. As years passed we acknowledged that most girls prefer to have her own room, so we re-designed the room to feature a king size bed, and we paired the desks opposite to the wardrobe.A french door leads to the balcony, shared with the nearby Central Room, provides a nice light to the room until sunset. All guests in these past years, and visitors too, have felt a sense of open space both in the room as “one person” and “two person” room, since it’s even larger than 25 sq metres
Window Room might look empty, although the two beds (as seen in the Balcony room pictures), a wardrobe, a wide bookshelf and a desk, but it is only due to being larger than 25 sq metres! open spaces mean!
Central Room sports a king size bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a drawer right opposite to the bed, which is perfect for placing a tv to watch while in bed.The French window leads to the balcony, shared with the nearby room (Balcony room), and lets the gentle sun enlight the room until dusk, since it looks southwest
Corner room features a very big wardrobe, a shelf, desktop and a large bed (1 piazza e mezzo). its also sports two windows (south-west and north-west) so you’ll never find yourself in the dark during the day.The pink-violet curtains, together with the rug, give this room a little touch of feminine elegance, in which you can reflect yourself thanks to the wall hanged mirror
The little room is the smallest, but nonetheless a fairly large room: a big window lets the sunlight onto the desk. the room is fitted with a larger bed (1 piazza e mezzo), a wardrobe and a small shelf
